We aim to ship your package within 1-2 business days of placing your order. You'll receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
NB:
- Packages do not leave our warehouse on weekends and local holidays
- Due to the high volume of parcel deliveries and the impact of government measures, there may be some delays in the delivery of your package. Your order may be delivered 1-2 business days later than usual. We apologize for this.

Order chocolate in warm weather?
To guarantee the quality of our chocolate, we don't ship it during warm weather. Therefore, we can't guarantee delivery times for our bonbons temporarily. We won't ship chocolate again until the temperature drops below 21 degrees Celsius throughout the country.
